The World Long Drive Returns to Portland for Best of the East Event

Golf fans, get ready! The World Long Drive (WLD) is making its way back to Portland, Connecticut, for the highly anticipated Beast of the East Long Drive Event this summer. This exciting competition will bring together the longest hitters in the region to battle it out for ultimate bragging rights and a chance to qualify for the World Championships.

If you’ve ever dreamed of testing your power against the best, now’s your chance. Before the main event on June 27, local players will have an opportunity to earn their spot at the regional competition through a Local Qualifier at Chris Cote's Indoor Golf on April 26.

What to Expect at the Beast of the East Event
